Publication Guidelines

We welcome prospective authors to submit original research papers that have not been submitted or published elsewhere. These should either present new theoretical insights or experimental research findings. Submissions will be assessed based on the 10 criteria highlighted in the 6th step of the process.

Steps for Submitting and Publishing Research Paper:

  1. Preparation of Research Paper: Draft your research paper, incorporating sections like the abstract, introduction, related research work, research methods employed, conclusion, references, and so forth. Ensure it aligns with the format recommended by our journal. For guidance on formatting, a sample document is available for download.
  2. Online Submission: Complete the online form to submit your research paper.
  3. Acknowledgment: Upon submission, you'll receive a confirmation email.
  4. Preliminary Assessment: A member of our editorial board will conduct an initial review to determine if your research adheres to our journal's guidelines and policies.
  5. Peer Review: If approved, the research paper undergoes a double-blind peer review by one of our designated reviewers.
  6. Review Criteria: The acceptance or rejection of the research paper is based on various benchmarks. Points are allocated (out of a maximum of 10) for each of the following criteria:
    1. Alignment of Title and Research Content
    2. Academic Rigor
    3. Logical Flow
    4. Theoretical Application
    5. Freshness and Uniqueness
    6. Technical Accuracy
    7. Comprehensibility and Illustrative Components
    8. Analytical Depth
    9. Quality of Citations
    10. Perspicuity of Outcomes
  7. Review Duration: Typically, the review process spans 1 to 2 days. Once completed, the primary author receives a notification email.
  8. Payment on Acceptance: Should your research paper be approved for publication, the associated Publication fee is required. Ensure you capture a snapshot or screenshot of the transaction.
  9. Copyright and Undertaking Forms: Download, read, and if in agreement, fill out the copyright permission and undertaking forms using a PDF reader. Submit it to us along with your payment proof.
  10. Final Steps: Upon successful verification of your submitted forms and payment, expect your research paper to be published within 1-2 days.
  11. Publication Certificate: After the paper's publication, digital certificates (e-certificates) are dispatched to all authors via email.
